Stay In Our Newly Built
Hiker Huts
There's no better way to celebrate the completion of the arduous hike to Port Renfrew than a comfortable night's sleep in a cozy, warm, newly built hiker hut.
As the trailhead for both the historic West Coast Trail and the newer Juan de Fuca Marine Trail, Port Renfew is a hiking hotspot. Trailhead Resort is a regular overnight stopover for hikers due to our great rates and close proximity to hiker parking and the West Coast Trail bus stop. We also book the Juan de Fuca Water Taxi, which transports hikers from Port Renfrew to and from Bamfield, at the other end of the West Coast Trail.
Trailhead Resort offers overnight accommodation in our four, newly built Hiker Huts. The huts were purpose-built for hikers looking to begin, or who have just completed the unforgettable journey down the coast, but they are also available to non-hikers who are looking for short-term accommodation in Port Renfrew.
With one double and one single bed in each cabin, each hut can accommodate up to three guests. Comfortable, clean bedding and free Wi-Fi are included and two bathrooms are available in a separate building, shared amongst the guests of our four hiker huts. The cabins do not include cooking facilities, but a selection of restaurants are located close by.
