Policies

PAYMENT

  • All prices are in Canadian dollars and are subject to applicable taxes.
  • We accept VISA, MasterCard, Debit card and cash.

RESERVATIONS

  • Reservations are recommended.
  • We have 24 hour check in. Please inform us about late arrivals (after 6:00pm, PST)
  • Full amount is paid at check-in.

FACILITIES

  • All facilities are non-smoking and pets are not allowed. Extra charges for cleaning will apply to guests who ignore this policy.
  • Hot tubs are closed due to COVID

CANCELLATIONS

  • 48 hour’s prior notice is required to cancel your reservation with out charge. If you cancel your reservation less than 48 ours then all attempts will be made to re-book the vacant room. If we are unsuccessful at re-booking the room the amount of the first night rental fee will be charged to your card.
